I've been involved in fitness my whole life through a variety of sports but primarily wrestling. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin whitewater with a degree in Health and Human Performance and a minor in health promotion. During my five years at whitewater I was a 2x NCAA qualifier and an All-American at 165 lbs. I was captain of my wrestling team three of my four years on the team. In my fifth year I was an assistant wrestling coach for the university team. I've also had a lot of experience coaching and working with people by being a clinician at a variety of different wrestling camps, and coaching varsity high school wrestling at Dundee-Crown. I believe in the value of fitness, and hard work to achieve it. |
