APPARATUS CLASSES
REFORMER
Total body workout incorporating stretching and strengthening utilizing
the Pilates Apparatus known as the Reformer. The spring loaded moveable
carriage of the reformer provides a core challenge with each and every
exercise.
TOWER OF POWER
This class simulates the exercises done on Joseph Pilates Apparatus known
as the Cadillac or Trapeze Table. Using the Tower Springs to assist or
resist movements, the entire body is lengthened and strengthened as you
move fluidly from one exercise to the next.
COMBO
Combo class offers the perfect blend of Reformer and Tower exercises.
Guaranteed to work you from the inside out and leave you feeling longer
and leaner!
CARDIOLATES™
Kick up your heart rate and work your core with the Pilates Jumpboard.
This fast-paced class focuses on strengthening abs, butt, and legs with
the added benefit of calorie burning.
ADVANCED EQUIPMENT
This class will utitlize both Reformer and Tower of Power and
focu
ses on the Intermediate and Advanced exercises. Teacher approval is
required.
CIRCUIT CLASS
Circuit Classes are designed to
provide a full-body workout which will challenge, strengthen, stretch
and lengthen your body while providing a cardio component between rotations
using the Reformer Jumpboard.. Sessions may have up to 6 clients rotating
through the Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, Mat, Barrel, and Tower under the
supervision of an instructor. This class is appropriate for clients of
all experience levels.
JUMPBOARD INTERVAL
TRAINING
A cutting-edge Reformer workout packed with heart-pumping moves that build
strength and burn calories. Try this total-body cardio and core program
featuring innovative, yet simple Jumpboard combinations mixed with Reformer
that add variety and intensity to anyone’s workout.

GROUP CLASSES
PILOXING™
55 minute Group Fitness Class combining the Power moves of Kick
Boxing and the toning moves of Pilates for a Cardio class with a heavy
emphasis on Core
ZUMBA
55 minute Group Cardio Class of Latin dance inspired dynamic
fitness moves
CLASSIC MAT
Joseph's original Matwork. This class is taught in a specific
order with each exercise moving fluidly into the next. Modifications will
be addressed, but this class is recommended for those clients with some
Pilates experience.
ADVANCED MAT
Explore Joseph Pilates Matwork at a deeper level. This class requires
experience and skill. Must be approved by instructor before signing up
for this class.
BODY TONING BALL CLASS
This Body Toning Ball Class utilizes both Medicine Balls and Stability
Balls for an intense Core Challenge!! Don't be fooled there are plenty
of upper extremity and lower extremity fat burning moves as well!!
